Privacy policy
MassDesigners respects the privacy of its visitors and clients. The information you provide through the contact form (name, mobile number, email address and project details) is used only to answer your enquiry and deliver the service requested. It is not shared with any third party, and is not used for marketing without your consent.
Standard server logs (such as your IP address) may be used for security and anti-spam purposes, and to count visits as described in the next section.
Analytics and tracking
With your permission, Google Analytics uses optional cookies on our public pages to measure visits, campaign sources and contact actions. We do not send contact-form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website integration. Google receives technical device and connection information when Analytics loads.
What we do count is a simple counter we wrote and run on our own server, whose result is published openly at the top of the articles page: visitors, article reads, published comments, and the countries visits come from.
How it works: when a page opens, your browser sends our site a single request carrying no content. The server derives a country name from your IP address using an address database stored on that same server — this counter never sends your address to an outside party — and then adds one to two numbers on the record for that day and that country. Your address is not stored, nor is the page you opened, and there is no record anywhere that leads back to you.
The only thing tied to you, and only temporarily, is a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address from which the address cannot be recovered. Its sole purpose is to keep one visit from being counted twice, and it is deleted automatically within twenty-four hours.
A separate third-party service is the anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) shown in the comment form beneath articles. Its only job is to confirm you are not an automated program; it is not used for advertising or tracking.
Country data is from the DB-IP Lite database, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
Cookies
Sign-in and commenting use necessary technical cookies. Optional Google Analytics cookies load only after you select Allow. Declining does not affect website features. Our existing server-side aggregate visit counter operates independently of optional Google Analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics settings at the bottom of any public page to change it or withdraw consent. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Google may process information outside your country; its privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information you sent us through the form, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted permanently. Message us and we will act on the request within a reasonable period.
Terms of use
All content, designs and logos shown on this site are owned by MassDesigners or by its clients, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
Prices and packages shown are subject to change. Final details for each project are confirmed in the quotation or in the signed agreement with the client.
Comments posted on articles are reviewed before publication, and we may remove any comment that breaches these terms without prior notice.
We make every effort to keep the service running, but the site is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
